The last is designed to fit the shape of the foot and limit fatigue when walking. This model is only water resistant at the level of the plastic sole, be careful not to walk in an environment that is too wet.

Westerners generally wear longer Setta that support the entire heel. We recommend martial artists opt for the Japanese style (smaller size), as it promotes posture and lighter movement on the forefoot.
